Poetry Book One - Embodied Growth
These poems encompass the hueman journey of embodying ourselves as best we can... through the visceral real and lived emotional journeys that grip us so in life. Each poem acts as a specific anchoring point regarding anything from owning and embodying various emotional states, to moving through the exquisite mess that is our lives, while cutting though a lot of our inauthentic social norms right into the heart of authenticity.

Poetry Book Two - Being Vastness
At heart, we are each vastness, experiencing itself moment by moment... Able to exist as a multitude of different experiences in just one life. Dig deep enough, and we uncover a cosmos within. These poems are designed for you to view yourself from a much greater vantage point, to instil wonder through curiosity and reach into the very depth of who you are. May it act the reminder of the true wonder that lives inside you and beckons you to be all that you want to be in this life.
